Cheer up, Tweek-em.
Take a ride to the Hamptons. We are having a killer BBQ.
And you never know who you might see. There were several notable sightings last year.

Two rare events took place today, my fellow bloggers. One, I was paid a complement by my boss. Second, Supreme Ruthy (RBG) read aloud her dissent in Ledbetter v. Goodyear. Does that mean we can cite it as binding authority?

A3G, I know you have only been gone one day but I know I speak for all when I say we miss your participation on the blog — you seems to always keep us current in the world of judges . . .
so I wrote in your honor (or absence) . . .
The Supremes ruled today in Gonzales v. Oregon by a 6-3 vote that Oregon’s “Death with Dignity Act” providing for physician assisted suicide is consistent with the federal Controlled Substances Act.
Any thoughts?
